Because that’s what makes me push aside these feelings that are holding me back from doing what I want to do or meeting someone who I deserve.
Reflecting on myself, trying to convince myself, that these feelings are only temporarily. The real stuff is ahead. It may not be soon, but in time he will come.
Just trying to focus on school now, grabbing every opportunity presented to me and achieving my dreams, my goals. I want to go somewhere. I want to get someplace. I want to explore. Until then, relationships are out of the picture. Friends and Family are all I need right now.
